Damages And Returns:

In case you receive a product which is damaged or some parts damages, scratched or any other manufacturing defects including cases like missing parts or hardware you must bring to our notice. The issues will be handled by the technical team or installation team and necessary action will be taken to resolve the issue. The process may involve parts shipment, damaged section replacement, repair or cases in which the entire product will be replaced as per condition involved and as guided by the technical team. While we ensure best packing standards and drop testing still under these misfortunate condition you must co-operate with our team to get the issue resolved.

Customized orders are not cancelled and do not quality for replacement or refund. Products which are customized as per customer needs are eligible for replacements/part replacements/repair in case of damages.
