Customers are required to check the dimensions of the product carefully to suit their requirements before making any purchase. Upholstery and fabric based products on Inkgrid uses best possible quality. These fabric and patterns are subjected to availability. At times there is a little difference in design, patterns or fabric colour which is sourced from textile mills. You must also be aware that the images of these products go through editing and there may be little variation in color or pattern of the fabric.
Damages And Returns:
In case you receive a product which is damaged or some parts damages, scratched or any other manufacturing defects including cases like missing parts or hardware you must bring to our notice. The issues will be handled by the technical team or installation team and necessary action will be taken to resolve the issue. The process may involve parts shipment, damaged section replacement, repair or cases in which the entire product will be replaced as per condition involved and as guided by the technical team. While we ensure best packing standards and drop testing still under these misfortunate condition you must co-operate with our team to get the issue resolved.
If you are not satisfied with the product you can request for a conditional return. Please check the Conditional Return Policy in the Inkgrid Return Policy on www.inkgrid.com/return-policy . Products which are customized as per customer needs are eligible for returns and refunds only in case of damages. These damages should be immediately informed at the time of delivery and installation. Post 7 days the product will come under usage policy and will be processed based on condition involved.
Inkgrid Furniture segment has an easy 7 Days return request. In cases of refund the process is initiated once the shipment is recieved by our team. The refund process will take around 3 weeks once the product is received by us.
